Struggle to have a response from the agency via email. Never answer calls. After I arrived at the flat for the viewing I called so many times but never got an answer. Imagine these type agent got your money and never responded.

Awful, thanks to this state agent I am renting a property that doesnt match even a single housing law, they also provided on the tenancy contract their own telephone number instead of the person who is letting the property when they clearly cannot communicate with him!!!
