Vardeep took the time to ask some great questions which helped us focus as well to understand exactly who we serve, how we do this, and what made us different. Back in July I sought Vardeeps help as I had a niggling feeling my businesses branding wasn't speaking to the people I wanted to attract. We commissioned Vardeep to rebrand our psychology and pain management services over the spring/summer of 2021. We are a growing business and wanted to update our branding to something more bespoke, professional, and engaging, whilst staying true to the values we hold as an organisation. She has been a very responsive and attentive person to work with, and she took the time to listen and learn about what we do, how we are positioned relative to other business in our sector, and how we might effectively communicate this in our design language, tone, and appearance. She engaged in in-depth market research as well as dialogue with us across time, in order to arrive at a well-defined and clearly specified brand and associated set of brand values. We were particularly impressed with her ability to accurately understand our core aims and challenge us on the accuracy of how we articulate our values, which are now much less general and more honed in on what we stand for. She helped us to reflect on how we are unique in what we offer. She worked efficiently and to quite a short deadline, which was appreciated. We are very pleased with the finished product, our brand is memorable, professional, and unique. We commissioned Vardeep as a package which also included a web designer (AB Web designs). We found this a good way to go about developing a brand and a website at the same time, as the two of them work closely together, understand each others practices, and can collaborate well without having to worry about coordinating two separate organisations. We have since commissioned further pieces of one-off design work from Vardeep and we wouldnt hesitate to in the future.
