Absolutely first class, I needed to register, I called them up and they answered their phone (which was a first if previous experience is anything to go by). Polite and friendly gave me clear advice. I went down same day, A warm friendly welcome, I filled the forms out, the receptionist processed me immediately and I was able to see the nurse then and there. I can not express how easy they made it for me. I saw the nurse and was able to come straight out and make an appointment to see a doctor an hour and a half later. The waiting room had a clear system of who was being called into doctors and in what room. The Doctor brilliant, he was knowledgeable about my illness and it was a breath of fresh air to be able to talk to him about it, where as my last doctors didn't have a clue. Excellent start!
