There is no point to share, as clearly St.Marys managers are not reading, not responding..And future patients will understand, why 2,5 stars given, if they will read reviews..Nothings changed so far..

As 0 isnt an option. Perfectly pleasant people that dont want to help. They move so slow and nothing seems urgent or important. They forget to make you appointments and make the whole process so much longer than it needs to be. - when you try and make an appointment you have to wait 1hr+ on phone and theyre all gone - 1 month + for pre bookable appointments. - staff is just clearly doesnt care you have to wait for them to finish their conversation about how their weekend was before they even acknowledge you

Disgusting service for whatever pointless reason you can't book an appointment unless it's the same day which is never because no one answers the phone and you get told to fill out a pointless e consult online which is a joke because they took five days to respond to mine when I was supposed to be next day I've used this surgery for over 30 years and it's never been run this badly

In all the years that I've been using this surgery, the staff have never given me cause to complain.
