Terrible customer service and communication skills. My appointment was cancelled by phone just 1 hour before my appointment where I had booked the day off work. I rebooked, and turned up for my appointment only to be informed that it had been cancelled again!! There is no explanation as to why I wasn't informed about the cancellation. This time apparently the appointment was cancelled because I had left the manager feedback about the rude receptionist who was shouting at me about payments and rudely hung up the phone on another patient in front of me. The surgery is very unprofessional, there is a new receptionist every other week. The manager is never available, I have tried to speak to the practice manager several times and they are never available!
