Card stuck in machine of ATM and staff member states she wont get the card out as I bank elsewhere. I explained the issue is with the machine, and described how it was attempting to return the card but got stuck on the lip of the card entry point. Still refused to help. Have had to cancel card and wait 5 days now until I can buy anything. Very annoying any unhelpful. Cheers

Lovely staff member helped me to change up my coins today. I don't go to the bank very often and get quite anxious and nervous, as I don't know how to use the machines. The beautiful, helpful staff member stood with me and took me through the process step by step, explaining everything to me and how it all works. I really appreciate the extra support. Often people are too busy to help or explain things these days, so I am very grateful. Promotion and pay rise for that young lady please for her excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the different accounts and interest rates. Also, there was no queue as mentioned in a lot of the other reviews.

Terrible customer service. There's no way to complain to natwest HQ about individual staff members so i've restored to a google review. The lady behind the counter was so rude. I asked to simply pay some money in and she made out like I had cut the queue even though everyone else was waiting at the ATMs and me at the counter on my own... I was so confused and then she shouted in front of everyone "can this lady go to front she needs my help" and when I said "no no that's okay i don't need help" she interrupted me and didn't listen which made every single person in the bank look at me and then proceeded to say "i'm not trying to make a big deal of it or make you feel awkward" when in fact that's EXACTLY what she had done. I was so shocked and confused by the whole situation, I have no idea what she was thinking. I suggest going to the chatham branch and avoiding this one.

Queuing is terrible. Customer service not good. This is what happens when you have 2 staff at the bank. Common sense would prevail if there is a queue. You as staff would jump onto the next counter to help with the queues.
