I had six sessions with Fiona and found her to be highly professional, approachable, non-judgmental and supportive. During our sessions, she helped me to see things from a different perspective when I could not 'see the wood for the trees'. This helped me to overcome one of the main obstacles to my recovery and provided a good foundation for me to continue to work on things that are impacting on my life. I would highly recommend her.

Fiona was really influential in my recovery, from understanding the pressures I faced, to getting in that good headspace again. The sessions will make you think deeply, so be sure to apply yourself. The exercises outside of the sessions were majorly helpful and useful too. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you again!

Fiona was recommended to me by a friend. Fiona is a lovely, welcoming ,open person who immediately puts you at ease. She is very empathetic , however she enables you to 'think outside the box' and put a new perspective on things. I would definitely recommend her.
