        It has taken 7 MONTHS for our parcel to reach Pangasinan, Philippines and the delays and pathetic excuses I have been given are obviously a reflection on the poor way you run your 'business'. COVID is not an excuse only your incompetence. I will not be dealing with you ever again and will deal only with a reputable company.
