This seems to be the only way to get a response from the hospital through reviews - The Manchester Private Hospital - Salford, Manchester I had rhinoplasty with Mr Reddy on 8th May 2021, when I had the removal of the cast, upon the first inspection everything seemed fine apart from a dint in my nose, I was reassured this was due to the swelling and to go back again at a later date for Mr Reddy to re-exam my nose once the swelling had gone down a little more. I returned back to the hospital for another assessment of my nose as requested as the dints had now turned into lumps and bumps on my nose. Mr Reddy agreed that I would need secondary surgery but for this to happen I would need to await the swelling to go down completely and to go back to the hospital to meet with Mr Reddy in May 2022 (1 year after surgery), I booked to see Mr Reddy around this time to discuss the secondary surgery but had the appointment cancelled on 2 occasions by the hospital, to then be told that Mr Reddy has in fact retired and will no longer be with the hospital and that another surgeon (Mr Rokade) would speak to me about the secondary surgery, I was reassured that Mr Reddy had fully handed his patients over to Mr Rokade and that I would be taken care of. However, again 2 appointments with Mr Rokade was cancelled due to covid and sickness, I'm now unable to get any response at all from the hospital and Joyce Beeston who seems to be the customer relations administrator, I have emailed on numerous occasions to rearrange the appointment and called with absolutely no response, I can't see any details about Mr Rokade on the website so I'm not sure if he works at the hospital anymore. I have been completely abandoned with this now to not even have a response on my complaint is extremely bad customer service / customer after care, I will be looking into the Care Quality Commission body who seems to approve this hospital to see if they can advise how I can take this further, I'm disgusted with the way the hospital has treated me, I have wanted to have rhinoplasty for all of my adult life and paid a lot of money for this to be really unhappy with the finished results and now out of pocket and unable to do anything else about it. I did a lot of research into different surgeons and I seemed to really click with and like Mr Reddy. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone I cared about, the customer service and after care is atrocious, I've been totally abandoned. All they seemed to care about from the beginning is taking money. Please ignore the date of the experience, it was in fact May 2021 but it won't allow me to select that date.Hannah Marsh

Dr Reddy performed my open rhinoplasty on the 1st November. I wanted to leave a review much sooner, but I couldnt get into my gmail account until now! I am so happy with my results. Dr Reddy was so kind. He listened to my concerns and managed my expectations. He made me feel comfortable and as though he had all the time in the world to talk to me, which meant a lot as I was very nervous and had lots of questions. My main concern with my nose was a bifid tip (a gap between the cartilage on the tip of my nose). This has been completely closed. I would also like to say a big thank you to Wendy, Seaman, and especially to Sonita for looking after me. Recovery was a breeze. This surgery really changed my self esteem. I cant thank Dr Reddy enough! Thank you thank you!!

I could not be more happy with my experience with Mr Reddy and the team, from initial contact through to now. I am currently 10 days post op after a Rhinoplasty and happier than ever. Mr Reddy has completely changed my life. There was no pain, recovery has been really speedy and I cant wait for the next few months to see my new nose at its best. The whole experience I have felt completely stress free knowing there are the best of the best there to answer any questions or queries. Thank you so much to Mr Reddy, and all of the team at Manchester Private Hospital. Youve all been the best!!
