I have been going to Tracey for over 12 years now & cant recommend her highly enough. Reflexology is a brilliant therapy which helps tackle any of your issues, both physical & emotional ones. At the start of each treatment we have a chat about how Im doing, & Tracey then tailors the session based on any issues I highlight. The room is so cosy with meditation type music playing, & that hour is one of my favourite each month. If youve never tried reflexology please give it a go. Its fantastic.

I had a great experience having my first treatment of reflexology. I felt relaxed and reassured from the moment I attended Cheshire Natural Health. Tracey explained the history of reflexology as someone who knew very little about it and showed me throughout the treatment her wealth of knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to use Cheshire Natural Health if they are considering reflexology themselves in the future.

From the minute I walked in ,I was made very welcome and Tracey's Reflexology treatment was absolutely wonderful. Her manner was so warm and supportive and she gave me lots of suggestions to help me address issues which I have been struggling with for a long time. I have really felt the benefit of the treatment today and a lot more positive in mood. Thank you so much, Tracey. I shall return!

I have been going to Tracey for serveral years now, its an hour of pure heaven. Tracey puts you at ease straight away and we always have a good chat. The clinic is always spotless.
