Over the past 3 years I have had a hip and both knees replaced by Mr Acharya. Not much left to replace but should I need any further work doing I would not hesitate to go back to him. Mr Acharya is a very pleasant, highly skilled professional. Honest and straightforward to deal with and clearly enjoys carrying out his work to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending him as an excellent surgeon.

In September 2022 I had a consultation with Mr Acharya when he told me that he would carry out a full knee replacement operation. I was admitted into Spire Cheshire Hospital and from that point everything ran like clockwork. The operation was successful, and for the care and attention given to me by Mr Acharya, the Nurses and Staff, I am truly grateful. Six weeks after my operation I was walking unaided, and was told I could drive again and return to work. I went for a couple of Physio appointments and since then have carried on with the exercise myself. This operation has changed my quality of life, I cannot thank Mr Acharya and everyone involved at the hospital enough.

Mr Acharya treated me for a skiing injury, where I damaged my ACL, MCL and meniscus. He carried out surgery to repair the MCL and meniscus. He is an outstandingly caring Doctor, who listened to me and took into account my lifestyle and activities so that I can return to them as soon as possible. He is courteous, professional, cheerful and clear in what he told me. I would have no hesitation in either recommending him, or returning to him should I need his expertise in the future.
