I have always been able to get an appointment and the prescription service efficient. They are also timely and proactive with well woman investigations and processes.

Always had a great experience here. Every time Ive called up at 8am to speak to a doctor/nurse Ive been able to get at least a phone appointment on the same day

Terrible surgery. Doctor was extremely arrogant and patronising. Failed to identify cause of my ongoing symptoms and even asked me if my symptoms were psychological- absolute joke. I was later diagnosed with 2x separate physical illnesses (NOT mental) which I need medication for life. They also failed to act appropriately re: symptoms my elderly relative was experiencing. We encouraged him to go private for a 2nd opinion and they sent him straight to A&E. He spent several days in hospital receiving treatment for blood clots (in his lungs and arm). Weve both lodged complaints. Not happy with their response to mine. We have both changed GPs. Im more than happy with my new GP. Id avoid Stretton MC at all costs.

Shocking service. Told to fill in an e consult. Got an email to say theyd contact me before 6.30pm on Wednesday 2 June. Then received a text from the surgery saying a dr would call on Wednesday! Heard nothing by 6.25 so called the surgery. Still on hold saying theyre busy! I think theyve all gone and Im on hold at 6.45! Poor
