Ive trained with Sean twice a week for 2 years now and have seen so many benefits. My strength has improved massively, I have lost weight but gained confidence and have made a really good friend! the gym has just had loads of new equipment which is fantastic. Sean has always been really flexible with training times and allowed training to fit around my busy life. I indroduced family and friends to The fitness consultants who like me are loving training. I dont think ill Be leaving any time soon!

I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a personal trainer; the 1-1 sessions keep you focused and at ease from the beginning. Its now part of my lifestyle as well helping me lose weight and gain strength. Wonderful personal training!

Can't recommend The Fitness Consultants enough. Really great guy and very good at pushing to the limits whilst giving the confidence that you can do it. To quote my sister "Well, it's certainly working!"

I have been training with Sean Sean Langley at The Fitness Consultants - Ely in Wilburton for 8 months now and absolutely love every session. I have lost weight, toned up and feel stronger - I have even singed up to my first half marathon. Sean has changed my outlook on exercise/fitness and gives me extra motivation when needed. I would certainly recommend The Fitness Consultants to anyone looking to train one-to-one in a relaxed environment.
