Cosy Kennels

While I am delayed in my review from last year from a very traumatic move, I will say I won't recommend facilitating anything beyond a stay. Our pets were set to ship out back to the USA and I had previously confirmed that they were going to be able to facilitate the transfer for the transport company. But once I received the time for the pickup they were no longer willing to accommodate as it was an extremely early pickup time for transportation. Totally understandable as the owners are elderly. I did however ask if there were any other individuals that could do it (and would happily pay an inconvenience fee) as I didn't want to unsettle them again in an already very unsettling situation. I was met with a brick wall. So I found another place that took pity on our situation and while I was picking up my pets to transport them to the other facility, they had an employee offer to help with our situation. A little too late unfortunately. And the icing on the cake was that my older girl, that I was worried about, ended up passing (not with me, but in the other cattery, while I was in the US) because of all the stress of it. A very horrible situation for myself and my family and no help from Cosy. When it came time they weren't willing to help in any way. Do not recommend.

My tortoiseshell cat Ginny stays here whenever I go away. Just returned home from her 4th time staying at Cosy Cattery and I'm sure never wants to leave ! She is definitely well looked after, and the staff seem to like her too :D Thank you for caring for her and keeping my mind at rest knowing she is safe without me !

We have been sending our dog to Catherine and Paul for doggy day care over the last year and she has had an amazing time! All the kennel staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really love being around animals. She shoots up the path every morning and cant wait to get inside for play time. Then comes home absolutely knackered and falls straight asleep (nice for us whilst we cook). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for day care or overnight kennelling. No other day care weve tried has been as good!
