We placed an order with BJ Waller worth several thousand dollars. We have been buying from them regularly for a while now without issues. The last order we placed not only did the order take 4 months to ship, but they charged us almost $1000 extra to ship it beyond the agreed price when the order was placed. We then finally received the order and 1/2 of it was the wrong item, or the wrong quantity! Now we have been trying to reach them for 5 weeks and they will not return any emails, calls, etc. and are completely ignoring us. This has been a horrible experience and continues to be. As soon as they made a mistake and shipped an order improperly to us they have tucked tail and ran away rather than deal with it. Now they have our money, we don't have our hardware and gaskets.
