This has been our go to takeaway for the last few years, but we had a few disappointing dishes last year. I'm pleased to say we tried them again on Saturday and really enjoyed every dish, both starters and mains. A nice touch that the lemon chicken sauce came separate so the chicken stayed crispy. The prawn stuffed mushrooms are delicious too.

Disappointed to turn up and be told prices were more than the menu we had picked up a few nights before stated. Was only 3 more but it wasn't planned for at the end of the month and had to use chump change from the car. Didn't order main Chinese meals, just chicken nuggets, chips and some sauces but have to say the portions were terrible. 2.70 for a portion of chips (when the menu we picked up a few days before said 2.30) that was so small my kids asked where the rest were. 2 portions did not cover them and me. The chicken nuggets portion wasn't too much better either. The kids had like 4 each but they were tiny. Macdonalds are bigger and better value. The mushy peas, even though 1.30 consisted of green, runny liquid. No peas to be seen, even if it tasted like peas and was tiny. More like liquidated peas for a pea soup. If these were the peripherals, I'd hate to see portions of main menu. Some guy came in for an order of over 150 and left with a medium sized paper bag... So imagine portions are very small there too. Very bitterly disappointed and won't be coming here again. There are better, cheaper and greater portioned takeaways available from other places locally.
