Sent a number of messages online re purchasing a car, all were ignored, finished up ringing them in the end, enquired as to why my enquiries had gone unanswered, reply, we are a bit busy you know!! I'll get the finance man to ring you, 3 days later still nothing, this garage are so busy they don't need my 10k. Don't ring now as my hard earned "Key worker" cash is being spent elsewhere, I hope the recession finishes you, it will be rightly deserved with this style of business sense, or lack of it.

We bought a black insignia from these guys and couldn't fault the service. The car was exactly as described on the phone. It was all ready by the time we called and made an appointment come down. We was given a fair price for our part exchange and the deal was done. If you're looking for a quality car and a fair deal, make sure you go to Motor Mania!
