Really unpleasant experience with this company. A property I was renting was put into their hands and they were disorganized, evasive and Steve was straight-up aggressive at times. They messed up the first visit, didnt communicate with each other or us and then got very defensive when challenged. The first time I met Steve he was scheduled to come and I knew he was coming but he didnt even ring the bell. Just came straight into our home and was again very defensive when challenged politely and directly. Stood at the bottom of the stairs playing loudly on his phone when I was trying to work then actually told me: go back in your room! when I told him he was disturbing me. OK Dad . John was pleasant. Jade did her best. Dale the cleaner is an absolute gent and did an amazing job. Shame the same cant be said about Steve. Home? Not my kind home.

We sold our house with HOME in September 2020. Dealt mainly with John at HOME, who did our viewings and was my main point of contact. Steve managed to come out same day, and we were on Rightmove the following day. John was very helpful in guiding us through our offers and offered advice and support all the way through to completion. Appreciate they were very busy all through the COVID pandemic, but still felt like I was never waiting long for someone to get back to me, and when they did always polite, friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier, thanks again to everyone at HOME Stretford :)
