        Very rude ....I was shouted at by young lad on the till to get out as there were already 2 people in the shop ...the notice for this is a small one on the shop window that I didn't even see . The shop looked empty as both people were at the till .....won't be going there again ...shameful

        Usually the staff are ok, however yesterday I was shouted at from across the store to refrain from touching the products. I'd picked up a bottle of something and the ingredients list wasn't what I was after. I'd sanitised my hands before entering the store, with my own gel, as they fail to provide a sanitising station in the store. I left pretty much straight away after that exchange, feeling slightly embarrassed. Some people that work in customer service just don't know how to talk to people in the right way, and this woman certainly didn't.
