My husband went there today to inquire for myself to get a manicure as I was in work. Not only was the woman rude to him but also when he asked to make an appointment she laughed in his face and said "No" with no reason and nothing more. The store was empty except the workers so it wasn't like they were busy. They are in a dying area and lost business. I noticed mainly women actually get service so clearly she was being sexist even though he was asking on my behalf. Avoid this place as you clearly get treated with disgust.

Painful haircut last week. most people have ears, you know, that shouldn't be vigorously combed. The cut started with my hair being blasted and dragged through a hair dryer for unknown reasons as I had dry, straight hair ready for my dry cut... Then proceeded the game of 'oh no that side is shorter, let me make it match...' until at least an inch more than I wanted had gone. It's not straight and was cut at 90 for the entire time. Doesn't accept card by the way, despite being available on treatwell and other similarly modern day facilities. The place was dated and dirty, really uncomfortable and awkward. Other staff members came up to my stylist and clearly talked about me and maybe my hair colour(?) they talk in other languages right in front of me. Similar conversations were hosted with other customers too. Made for a really unpleasant experience.

Very disappointing! She didnt dona great job with my hair, and the colour looks horrible and not at all even.

They served their skills very professionally. they give me a haircut very professionally and also the environment of salon was very comfortable.

My wife went in for a body wax and she loved the lady that worked. Very pleasant friendly place
