        Was okay until I got into work and then was unable to be kept on and had to go back to them and ever since have been very poor. No communication and have even rang up and a document was filled and sent for them to respond and still no response from anyone... They can be helpful but it seems the useful people have left and its now run by half arsed people.

        Staff were friendly, attended for a group onterview here. Typical Jobcentre plus set-up. Stairs are a killer as split over around 5 floors. Lift not easily visible so just ask reception for directions.

        Steve Thorpe, is a credit to the organisation. I unfortunately found myself in a position of redundancy due to the current pandemic, and trying to navigate an unemployment insurance policy. Steve was extremely helpful in helping me understand what I needed to do and support available as I had never been in this situation before. Thank you, your support and help was massively appreciated.
