Tom built an extension for us that turned out to be a little more complicated than the drawings suggested. Tom turned up on the day he had promised two months earlier and arrived every day thereafter until the job was complete. He is a total professional, his work is first rate and he all the extra work he did (at my request) was priced very reasonably. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Terribly, rude service. Tom came to provide an extension quote and received copy of the plans. Having said it would be a pleasant job and could start in 3 or 4 weeks, he would respond with the quote and start date within several days. He did not provide a quote or get back to us. We have emailed, no response. We have called and he cut us off! Very weird, he seemed quite pleasant atnat the time too. Looks are deceiving. 2ND RESPONSE That is a lie, I did not say 35k, I actually said it would be more than 40k. The other person present said that they had paid 35k for their extension. Church... during the week at 9.30am.... I called several times, the call logs are still in my phone. My extension is now underway 44k from a reputable & RELIABLE builder. Honesty is the best policy, a simple message to say you could not do the job would suffice. Thank you for finally replying, although it was 2 weeks after my last call. I think we dodged the bullet...

Tom and his team did our kitchen/diner renovation and conversion. Would highly recommend based the quality of the work, and the commitment to finishing the job once started. Tom obviously has a lot of experience which we found very helpful. Mike and Charlotte ,Stretford.
