Sarah put me at ease,I was unsure what to expect..she explained everything well. Despite it being a very hot day ,the room was relaxing and comfortable. I had Reiki..It was like massage and meditation. I enjoyed it and feel it has helped me.

We booked Sarah Wilson Therapies for a Pamper Party for Griffon Lodges, we had a mixture of facials and massages, we all felt really relaxed and throughly enjoyed our treatments. Sarah was friendly and also professional and used high quality products. Would highly recommend and would book again.

Once again, a wonderful treatment from Sarah. After initial discomfort I soon was reminded of the Reiki connection by lovely green swirls when my eyes closed. All pain left me while I experienced total wellness. I knew that my wish for calm, peace and a life without worry was manifesting. One week later, I remain confident, self assured and mentally unshakeable. My life is changed as I lovingly put myself first. This is how I wanted to feel.

I booked to have a massage treatment from Sarah due to tension in my right neck and head, causing headaches. Post treatment I felt very relaxed and few days later had no headaches. First time in many months. Sarahs Covid procedures are highly thought through and are above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Extremely well planned, thought out and Covid Secure! I visited Sarah several times recently for severe neck pain, now cured! Thank Goodness! Her lovely manner and treatments are excellent as usual. She has thought through every detail of her treatments and space and I felt very secure visiting. I would definitely recommend Sarah for treatments during this difficult time.
