insight6 - Ian Sadler CXD

We used Insight6 to obtain customer perception feedback. Ian's expertise was fantastic throughout, from establishing our needs and desired outcomes to providing an accessible survey and detailed feedback. Ian's coaching style was always friendly, encouraging and thorough. When providing the feedback results, Ian presented them in a very insightful and helpful manner - easily understandable and digestible. It was particularly great to see how beneficial the feedback was to all of our team. Having the open discussion and action recommendations helped to see how the feedback can have an impact on the business going forward, which ultimately was our reason for carrying out this exercise.

Ian asked my insightful questions which helped me gain an outside perspective on my project. He held me accountable for my actions and reminded not to overcomplicate things. He also made an introduction to someone who had experience with a similar project, who kindly took me through their process which saved me many hours of trial and error.

The meetings were informal and also informative. Ian explained the importance of the customer journey and also how important customer reviews are as a way of marketing along with building strategy with the information. Ian also helped with bouncing ideas and offered a road map to start my business.
