Just before Christmas they emailed me to say they were coming to clean our windows at a specific date and rough time. I emailed back, explaining that I had a hospital appointment so would not be there to pay them Cash in hand as usual
Unfortunately,my hospital appointment was cancelled last minute.
When they came. They cleaned the 2 downstairs windows and door.Then left..
did not clean the windows 1st floor or the back ( As they usually do ) .
25 he sent a invoice for.
When I questioned the owner. His reply was I will send them back to do it again, mistakes happen
We dont live in a huge house.
We have 2 downstairs windows and 3 upstairs..
How can that be a mistake , it is not rocket science.
Unfortunately, needless to say, we will not be using this company again. Service: Window washing
