Street Post Office

I find them polite ,but there is always a queue ,2 windows open and someone fidling at the back instead of opening another window and getting the queue down. Now use parcelforce collect for large stuff ,they collect - no waiting and for small parcels Evri ,print at home ,drop off , again no waiting ,tried the Glastonbury post office but just the same .

The ladys at the post office section are awesome,ushally understaffed which makes the ones that are there even more awesome.

Member of staff Diana quite elderly has to be watched i saw her turning parcels over and putting stamps on the wrong side where the return label is if she is not concentrating i am afraid she will have to retire The other assistant insisted on opening a parcel it was only a tiny shoe being sent 2nd signed for where as at the other post office in Glasto or Co Op i dont get the same problem She then said her colleague told her i need to up my post prices why??? i only keep them low for my customers this has made me very wary i am with evri now!

Some of the staff are incredibly rude..!! There's 1 woman, aged around 35 who is very rude. She speaks to u very gruffly and looks down at u like u are worth nothing. Disgusting attitude
