I have always been a customer of the yeovil store but after moving house and being closer to street i thought i would have my next appoint there instead. Well....from the word go it was terrible service, i usually have the puff of air blown into my eyes, she didnt do it, when asked why she said i was too young! Rubbish as its for over 30's as i rang and asked specsavers myself.
The same girl doing the test didnt speak, wasnt interested when i tried talking, it was all so rushed i barely got chance to answer a question before she was on to the next slide. She then proceeded to look at the back of my eyes and my god she couldn't have done it any quicker, it was all rush rush rush. Clearly couldn't wait to get home as it was a Saturday afternoon.
Next minute I'm back out in the waiting room choosing glasses while another member of staff stands at the entrance having a nice conversation with her partner whos popped by to ask about tea arrangements, so when they decide to leave each other alone and stop kissing i was able to ask for assistance. Choosing my frames was very rushed.
On returning a week later to collect my frames it was again very rushed. I was asked to put the glasses on whilst
Stood, i said they were not right, she said give it a week to adjust to them, im sorry but you know yourself if they are not right and they weren't! So a quick adjustment and i was sent on my way! Wasnt asked to check in the mirror, wasnt offered a seat nothing!
Not a patch on the yeovil store. I will never be returning. I came home and rang the yeovil store who were amazing and have booked me back in to correct their mistakes and to give a 5 star service as always.
Absolutely appalling service.
