Thorough, professional and friendly. Switched to Eyetech as I wasnt getting the care I needed at another independent firm. New glasses are excellent. Recommend this optician if you have a complex prescription or other nuanced needs. Definitely not a one size fits all approach.

On a mission to find some comfortable and fun frames, and a place that could provide me with completely uncoated lenses. (So I could have them sent away to America to be tinted by the Irlen Laboratory.) This is usually an arduous task if you are familiar with Irlen Syndrome. Adrian and his team were very happy to help. Lots of styles, colours and fits to choose from. As well as fashion, there is a good range of sports frames. Having Irlen Syndrome, the sports frames available, offer good light blocking. Blocking out side light, and light from underneath the frames. Built-in ventilation prevents fogging up. I found some curved frames and they were very comfortable. Wraparounds also available. Pleasantly amazed that the price didnt break the bank. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

A thoroughly all round Professional Service. Up a level from your usual mass production High St Opticians, from the extensive eye examination to the massive range of quality ( not so plasticy) Frames. This backed with All members of staff being very professional & knowledgable with the Product & the fitting. I would highly recommend Eyetech, Street Somerset
