        first of all I have been a loyal customer for two years .Last couple of visits I have been really disappointed with the outcome of my visit .When I got acrylics removed they damaged my cuticles and made them bleed where my skin been bleeding and hurting for couple of hours .When I nicely mentioned it all I got was Oh sorry no genuine apology no offer of a voucher or my money back .After I walked out I got laughed at ,I understand mistakes I made but its how it got dealt with which showed a lot about the business and its customer service Service: Nail extensions

        I have enjoyed getting long-lasting manicures at Chi Chi and appreciate the salon's welcoming atmosphere and walk-in availability. However, my last two gel manicures (with the same technician) have been disappointing as they chipped the very next day. While I love this salon, I have been hesitant to go back and risk having the same experience again. Service: Gel manicures
