        My mother is almost 99 yrs old and my sister and I decided it was about time she needed a mechanical chair. My sister said she could obtain a dual motor tilt chair in 8 weeks off the internet. I said 'Please let me try Mendip Mobility in Street near me first, as I think they have chairs in stock'. I popped in yesterday and they have a good stock in the shop, ready to be taken away. Today an hour ago (less than 24 hrs later) I collected a chair in mum's specified colour, ready to drive it back to Surrey still tonight. The internet is not the answer to everything! Thank you to Mendip Mobility for the missing element of care, knowledgeable service, and professionalism. Let's not give up on the analogue world folks!

        Exemplary service from Sandra and Anthony at the Trowbridge branch. They quickly sourced a wheelchair for a disabled relative and brought it round for a trial and just as quickly obtained a modification to make it perfect! This is a genuine review - I am in no way connected with this firm and wholeheartedly recommend them.
