If I could give zero stars I would. Between us my husband and myself managed to place an order for a pair of trainers for our granddaughters birthday. I couldnt remember my password so my husband tried and managed to order as a new customer before me. He was given an order number and expected delivery date and we waited, then an e mail arrived stating that Clarks couldnt fulfill our order. On placing our order there was nothing to state that stock was low, neither was there the next day when I showed my daughter and noticed that stock was still available. Why thenClarks were you unable to supply? I have been buying Clarks shoes for well over thirty years, what sort of customer service are you providing online is what I would ask?

I ordered a pair of shoe online on the 27/07/2022, received the delivery on 01/08/2022. Since receiving the shoes, I have only worn the shoes on Fridays and Saturdays to work, I drive to work, when I get out my car, I do less than 3 mins walk to the office. Today 01/10/ 2022, I was sitting at my desk some how looked down on my feet and saw that the shoe have started to come apart. I called the Orpington branch explained to Dan who I could hear relaying what I was saying to someone in the back ground. The person told him to let me know that no Clarks shoe is under guarantee no matter the time of purchase and it was down to the discretion of the manager. This is my second time having problems with Clarks within the last 4 weeks. I am still waiting on a call from one of the managers regarding my sons school shoe that I bought at the Clapham branch and was told by one of the representatives who had put me on hold to confirm with her manager that I should go to the Sydenham branch inside the Sainsburys, when I got there I was told they are not an outlet. The Customer service is an excellent representation of shoe quality in question. I have added photos as proof.

BUYER BEWARE! If you buy online and need to return shoes to Clarks you will never receive your refund. After 5 weeks and numerous emails they refuse to give me the money they owe me even though I have provided proof that my parcel was delivered safely. In my opinion this is fraud. Customer support is useless and only reply to emails with standard messages.

After my 15 emails I still didnt get back my 229 refund they ignored me and are refusing to give my money backOnly automated response saying they will get in touch with you soon but so far no one got back to me there is not another option to contact them. If anyone is experiencing the same issue please let me know. The way they treat their customers is horrific.
