        When we made the purchase of new sewing machine equipment, Matt was introduced to us as the UK agent for the manufacturer. From Matt's first introduction via a phone call, detailed and helpful emails before the machine arrived to the setup, training and ongoing support of the machine since it has arrived, he has been nothing short of first class and really has a great wealth of knowledge and experience.
