Warm Hands - Yoga and Thai Massage

I did a course of fertility yoga sessions and they were amazing, so calming and relaxing, also fantastic at helping me understanding the different stages of my cycle and how to take care of myself to prepare for a possible pregnancy. Veselka gave me a great guided plan to use at home for exercises which I did everyday to keep me calm and flexible. I also had a lovely 1.5 hour massage that released a lot of tension I had been holding on to with my work. The fertility yoga course was a fantastic way to get me ready for getting pregnant, and I would highly recommend it!

This was exactly what I needed! One of the best massages Ive had since I can remember. Veselka is so lovely, makes you feel very comfortable and was a brilliant level of pressure, which she kept checking was alright with me. I felt so much lighter and de-stressed afterwards. Will be going back and definitely recommend!

Such a relaxing, peaceful experience. Veselka clearly knows what she is doing, I went with neck pain which she really helped with. I would definitely recommend and go again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Thai foot massage with Veselka. I was heavily pregnant and she did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible and checked throughout on pressure, comfort etc. She was very calming to be around with a caring nature and Ill definitely be going back to try the Thai massage postpartum and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

I have now had Thai Yoga massage with Veselka twice and have found it very helpful and relaxing experience. Veselka is very friendly, professional and attentive. I will definitely be going back.
