        I called to book a taxi for 1.45 o'clock in the morning to go to Victoria Coach Station to catch a coach to the airport. The person I booked it with was friendly and we confirmed a couple of times that I mean 1. 45 am not pm. He then said all ok and confirmed. (They don't have a booking system to get a proper confirmation either by a message or an email.) To my surprise no taxi turned up. We waited 10 minutes, I then called their number with no success. It was very very stressful. I really wanted to support our local business but I won't choose them again. We were very lucky that an Uber car was 2 mins away!
