Absolutely perfect service. We arrived at LHR after a long flight from the US only to discover that the airport was in chaos due to strikes the day before, and our bags were delayed coming off our flight for more than an hour. This delayed our departure from the airport, but Anthony was in constant contact with us via Whatsapp, reassuring us that the driver would wait for us and making sure we found our driver and got to our hotel safely. Then, on our return, Anthony worked seamlessly with us to change the time of our transfer to make sure we had plenty of time to get through security at LHR (a good thing too, as the airport was a total mess on the day of our departure and I hadn't originally left us enough time). I know a lot of people like to use the tube/train to get into the city from LHR and that's great, but we travel with our LARGE family (lots of kids) and we prefer the ease and security of knowing that there is a driver waiting for us when we arrive with a vehicle large enough to accommodate our bags. London Minicab is reasonably priced and absolutely reliable. Highly recommend.

This car service was excellent. They were very responsive during the scheduling portion and sent me confirmation with the name and picture of my driver. My driver was extremely professional, arrived early and text me when he was arrived. I would definitely use them again.
