BEWARE OF CARPETRIGHT FITTING SERVICE!!! These guys use sub-contractor fitters who are more concerned about how many jobs they can fit into a day rather than the service they provide Carpetright customers. If there's any unforeseen issues, prepare yourself for a whole load of finger pointing between Carpetright and the fitter. My job got cancelled today because my fitter turned up without the glue, which is used to stick grippers to the floor. After 30min of hard negotiation the fitter finally agreed to collect thevhigh grip glue to continue my job. However, whilst out to collect the glue he took it upon himself to leave my job and continue his day with my carpet on his van. After ignoring my calls for two hours and further negotiation he eventually agreed to bring back my carpet so I could get it fitted by another fitter recommended by a friend. I personally lost a days work due to this cowboy service and experienced a whole load of stress. To anyone reading this I would just google a local carpet fitter and arrange it with them direct. You may pay a little more but its much more likely they'll care about your job, take care and pride in the service they provide. Carpetright Streatham you've been a real let down.
