        Whilst we havent yet had our carpets fitted, we wanted to mention the excellent customer service weve received so far from Tapi in Streatham. Matt and Elaine have been extremely helpful. Matt very kindly have an estimation on the cost of the carpets based on our room sizes and the price brackets we were looking at. Having selected a few in store, he followed up with a further email giving a more precise indication. Which was really helpful! Every time weve been into store theyve been extremely helpful but not too salesy and theyve been extremely responsive on the phone, always calling back if not available when I call. Hoping to have the carpets fitted in the next few weeks.

        Initially they were excellent, but there was an issue with the fitting that ended in an additional (and not aforementioned) cost. We agreed to pay necessary fee and asked for them to organise for someone to come and resolve the issue. This was three weeks ago, and they have not responded - nor come to resolve the issue. So we are currently living in a flat that is a fire risk because they won't come and sort it!

        Dire service! They messed up completely- ordered the wrong carpet. Then left us waiting without any info and couldn't even tell us when the right order was coming. Said they couldn't even track the order. Man was extremely rude and unhelpful.
