        Bought an item of clothing and decided to return it as it didn't fit well, as per the return policy which I asked about during the purchase. The refund process was basically like a police investigation, very bizarre uncomfortable experience with rude behaviour from staff. Won't be coming back.

        The only charity shop were I heard the employee tell a customer "We are a charity shop; we are here to receive, not to give". Isn't it the opposite of a charity shop purpose??

        Incredibly rude staff who glared at us and shouted at us. He told us 'If you want it, buy it, if you don't want it, leave it!' when we asked to see an item in a locked display cabinet. We left it.
