They are so rude to the clients. They said if you can not afford it Dont come here Their prices are not charity prices , the prices are so high for to be a charity shop, sometimes they pretend to sell to you as a price brand new. Never I saw something like that in my life. I feel so sorry for the trust are representing, very bad reputation . Rudeness is their high skill . I will not buy here again and I will not recommend this charity shop. About your answer to my review I have to say I was not trespassing any barrier in the window . Your member of staff started to shouting me , if I m going to pay if I break something. I told her : Im not touching anything and you as a manager hearing everything you didnt do anything . As you said as a good client always I have been at least you can show your face and to make piece with her . You need to teach your staff to give good customer service and dont accuse the client in advance when they didnt do anything. She was so rude and I will never recommend your store at all. All of you dont deserve to represent this trust .

This is the worst charity shop in the whole of the UK. The women Serving is rude and bad tempered. I bought a jacket for 15 pounds , I took it back today. I paid by contact less. I had my receipt , but she was so loud and obnoxcious . And said I had to have the tag , or I was not getting refunded , she shouted at me , so I raised ,my voice. Then the insidious guy said he was Phoning the police There clothes are , over priced , and they are not only rude , and obnoxcious, they are nasty to the customers. Avoid avoid , avoid , these hideous people and shop somewhere more pleasant.minus 1 million stars

Friendly staff and very high quality of clothes, there's a lot of interesting products here as well that you can't find in other places

I always look forward to volunteering here every week, as the managers are very friendly and welcoming :)
