Valley Road Surgery

My elderly mother continues to receive excellent support and care from the medical team and staff there. This morning, at very short notice, mum was able to see the nurse to get a burns wound dressed. This was very reassuring for both of us and we were given guidance on what signs to look out for which suggest that more intervention is needed. Thank you

one of the receptionsit is so rude, she hanged up on me. You need to sort this out! Thankfully her collaegue is much nicer!

I have been a patient for many years but I am now thinking of moving to another surgery. Every time I call reception, they are rude, I.e. raise their voice and treat customers like idiots. On the doctor's front, the only positive experience has been with Dr Agbaje. All the others I have seen in the last 14 years, were very apathetic and disinterested.
