I am dissatisfied with how my purchase was handled. I believe Sian Louise tried to help, but the results were poor. I experienced a very stressful process, constantly ping-pong between different parties. I had to make many calls, send a lot of emails. Sian Louise recommended a bad solicitor (actually paralegal) who did poor work. I just wasted a lot of time and health because of low quality service and my flat had defects. I wasn't informed properly; some information was hidden-check-our report. Of course, there was just talking, no real action, no real help. I don't recommend it to anybody. They are great at talking, email ping-pong, and blaming other people, but they are not useful if there are any problems.

Sian Louise was absolutely amazing at selling my property. No other estate agent had any luck but it was no problem for Sian Louise. She went above and beyond to sell my property and only a person with such a determined personality could have accomplished such a difficult task. She was very friendly and always kept me informed and updated. I would definitely recommend Sian Louise to anyone wishing to sell a property.

Sian Louise is the best estate agent I have ever worked with. Constant communication, check ins & always available for an update, whether its a whatsapp message or a call. She takes time to understand how you want to be communicated to. I will 100% recommend my friends to sell their house through Sian Louise and D&G. They are just a level above when it comes to professionalism, and their online portal it pretty impressive which provides instant data & feedback from viewings. They also present your property online like art work - I love it, I really felt they showed the character & beauty of our property. Thank you Sian Louise for all your help.

Had the great pleasure of having Sian-Louise Tangney as my broker and from the beginning of the journey to the end I found her honest and professional. Sian-Louise exceptional skill is she listens to what is wanted and advises accordingly with honesty where as some agents are only looking to sell anything for the regardless of the clients needs or requirements. Sian-Louise also keeps her promises in regards to follow ups and temperature checks regularly to the point it felt like she owned the process. Overall if you want a first class bespoke customer journey I would recommend asking for Sian-Louise Tangney @ Douglas & Gordan Streatham when buying or selling your home.

My experience with Greg Jankowski was spot on. As a first-time buyer, he helped us to find an excellent flat suited to our needs. He always tried giving us the best advice & his honest opinion. He is very efficient and responsive; he is so quick to respond to any query and really puts so much effort into his work. I admire his professionalism and his excellent communication with his client, let alone being patient all the time. As our purchase was a little complicated Greg was always communicating regularly, and was a real pleasure to work with him! He is a really hard-working and valuable asset to their company!! I would definitely recommend dealing with him. Sian-Louise was also involved in our purchase of the house in Streatham. She was very responsive during the process and maintained excellent communication with all parties. She was extremely professional and always felt that she was acting on my behalf.
