The London Kitchen Extensions

LKE have done two kitchen extensions for my family now, one for me and one for my dad which is probably enough of a positive statement. The team of builders are always on time, super polite and work extremely hard..and leave the house orderly at the end of each day. The office is always responsive to queries and questions and am very happy with the end product. Once again, thanks to Roman and the team!

LKE did a side extension for me which was completed last March. I have experienced issues with the quality of their work. They had to come back to address leakage issues with my bathroom. They didn't fix issues with walls in my back garden and I incurred additional costs to rectify. I am now experiencing leaks in the roof of the extension and they are not even replying to my emails. The company over relies on sub contractors to do their work. Very disappointed with lack of responsiveness given the amount I have spent with the company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Roman and his team from The London Kitchen Extensions company who recently did our kitchen extension! Roman is highly professional, experienced and transparent in the agreement of the contract. What you see is what you get! Everything that is included in the contract is explicitly specified and any additional pieces of work are itemised as extras. He gave good advice about getting quotes from others: "Ask what is not included in the conteract." We spoke to others and saw the work he had done for them. It was done to a high standard. They started and finished on time. They worked hard and were polite and helfpul. This is exactly what we experienced. The builders were on time every single day and the work was completed to the timescale agreed. We had regular meetings with Bart, the site manager and Roman, every fortnight, and they were available whenever we had questions or suggestions. The builders were condiderate and respectful of the fact that we were living in the house whilst the work was taking place and they were generally helpful and friendly. We were also pleased with the way in which the London Kitchen Extensions team cooperated with Eclectic Interiors, who supplied and fitted our kitchen units. I have no hesitations about recommending them as a company.
