I moved to the area in July and Exchange surgery is one of the closest ones to the house. We have 2 children, one that was born just after we moved and we had many of our post birth appointments at this surgery. The staff are fantastic. I am really impressed with this surgery, the ease of booking and the level of care provided. Our new born has seen the midwives and doctors a few times and they have been very thorough. I highly recommend this surgery.

I have never managed to book an appointment. I tried calling and they said the appointments for the day were gone and for appointments for other days I needed to call "during the day". I am not sure what during the day meant as I was calling at around 9.00 am which should count as day? Unless they meant I have to try every hour until I get lucky. Tried with the app and did not work either. Very unhelpful. I appreciate the NHS is under a huge amount of stress but this practice is very disorganised.

Very bad GP surgery. Bought a product off Amazon marketplace from a dodgy seller. This odd yellow stuff and it stayed on my skin. They said nothing was there so I had a nervous breakdown. Yeah, keep up the good work.

Worst surgery I've ever used.. Reception teams have a terrible attitude (if they can be bothered to EVER answer the phone.) They can never help. The doctors are just as bad, one told me there was nothing wrong yet got diagnosed with a life changing condition. DR Iman Velji is the only flicker of light. I feel sorry for her having to work there. Tried again to book an appointment with the surgery, Brooklyn answered and offered no support what so ever. I stated it was urgent and her response was a 48 hour response or a non practice doctor who isn't able to solve the issue (as I tried this last time). Clearly someone who is desperate for help with mental health is not a priority. The staff they are clearly scraping from the job centre nearby are cheap but offer a disgraceful service! (Update, a year later, the surgery is still horrendous. A member of the reception team said their procedures are more important than someone's mental health. Regardless of being out of medication, it's absolutely tough luck if you need any help. Despite the doctors explicit request to not miss a day, the wonderful reception team won't offer assistance for same day bookings) This place is a disgrace!! HIRE RECEPTIONISTS THAT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!! HOW HARD IS IT TO DO THIS!!!!!!!
