        I brought my laptop to get the hard drive pic and documents transferred cost charged 40. They were not able to complete the job because they said that the hard drive is not working. They ordered a 2.5 external case for the hardrive. To remove the hard drive, I got charged 15 in Apple store they do it for free, ok fine you had to take the hard drive out it's less than 5 minutes job and charged me 15. Then I got charged an extra 10 because of the case they ordered. I told them I m not going to use this case, and you never told me that there was a risk of the hardrive not working, and I would get charged for the case. He said that they ordered the cas3 for me specifically for this hardrive, well I just google it, this 2.5 external case is sold anywhere online for around 5-7, so they did not order this "special" case just for me if it's so popular online. I suggest him to keep the case as he could use it for another customer, but he kept saying that was a case just suitable for my hardrive, this is not true otherwise it would not be sold online everywhere. Anyway, in the end, I paid 25 for nothing. They did lose a customer as I live in the area and went there months ago to unlock my phone.
