Impeccable Service At Unbeatable Value! I was recommend this family run business by a close friend of mine and I now know why! The customer service far exceeded my high expectations. They were friendly, polite, professional and so helpful. The range and quality of cars they have available is outstanding. Pickup and return of the car went smoothly and the car was in great condition inside and out. I rent cars on a regular basis and this is by a country mile the best rental company i have experienced so far and will definitely be going to them from now on. A huge thank you Simon and Rich for exceeding the typical customer service. It's very evident that this company cares and values their customers. Ill be back!

Great customer service! Brand new vehicles! Van had 1000 miles only! One day rate is quite high, but more days of a rental might lower the rate. Remember to pay CC by yourself. Otherwise, 45 will be added as a handling fee on top of the CC charge ticket. Top up with fuel at the end of your rental to avoid extra costs. Good limit of mileage per day. (250 miles if I remember this right)

Ive used this company a few times now and cant fault the service. Great communication, the cars are always immaculate and the staff are really friendly! A really reliable company that I will continue to use time and time again!

I needed a car for a few days for a trip with a baby which is never an easy task. Booking with 1st Direct Vehicle Rentals left me very happy with the result - I got a car that fit a child seat comfortably and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. When booking a car for hire you want to just take the keys and rest assured the car will be good which it was. All in all a 5 star rating.
