        Pretty limited selection of beers in an otherwise perfectly decent pub. Good food, good wine, loses a star for the beer range. *EDIT* I revisited recently and the beer selection on tap was much better, bravo.

        Had such a lovely time here, the staff are great and Paul was amazing with his service, he was engaged and went above and beyond to make our experience that bit better, very grateful.

        A fine modest pub offering a selection of keg beers. The Mere Scribbler overlooks Streatham Common, it offers a small but varied menu for the hungry and has a couple of TVs if there is any sport on offer. Friendly staff and efficient service, a pleasant place to quench your thirst.
