Best pub roast I've ever had, everyone who worked there was super helpful and happy. And love that its dog-friendly!

Went with a party of 30 but most disappointed. Bar staff on several occasions poured and charged for doubles by default and also again on several occasions took my guests drinks when not finished and we had to on at least 3 occasions go to bar and advise and get replacements. Management need to see these comments as this is not only extremely poor protocol and most disrespectful to customers but pouring/charging for double is insulting. Some of my gusts had to chase meal orders up as it is more than apparent that ordering before others does not imply you will receive your meal at the expected time on a couple of occasions some of my party's ordered and paid for meals were totally ignored. All in all not professional and management have many lessons to learn from these un acceptable issues.
