This business is a complete shambles. There have been many times as a landlord i have not been paid or paid late. To add to this the owner was not even responding when the money was owed. I was pulling out my hair for 3 months during covid wondering how i was going to deal with this. The council said they had paid her but she did not pay us! Repairs are never reported to me as a landlord and customer service is terrible. The owner tries to sweet talk her way out of everything. In the end i pulled all my properties from her. Went to a proper estate agent.

From viewing my current property until the point of moving in etc my agent has been polite, supportive and has responded swiftly to any queries I have had which has left me feeling very happy with the choice I made.
