        I've been going to Handzon fitness for 6 months the great thing about John is he has a wealth of experience and is friendly fun and professional. Now I don't really enjoy going to the gym and I'm an older guy who doesn't wanna feel intimidated by the young muscle brigade so it's perfect going to Johns private gym within his home with all the facilities, hours to suit which is great for me and gives me drive to go more importantly ! I've already lost a stone in weight and kept it off I can honestly say it has made a huge difference and I'm now thinking of additional sessions. If you don't like the gym like me but wanna feel and look better John will definitely get you to where you wanna be and price is great too !
