Visited here for the first time and was disappointed that the woman at the desk doesnt take ethnic clothes which I found ridiculous. I only came as this was the only place open on Sundays I dont think it should matter type of clothes it is as long as it goes to a good cause dont see an issue with that

My husband and I visited this place today as we had so many unwanted clothing we thought would benefit others in need. We qued behind a white lady who was currently at the time weighing her clothes by one of the lady workers that had ginger hair. We could hear their lovely flowing conversation so well that we even got to know the lady worker weighing the clothes was from Poland. Now this lady worker happily without gloves and mask was talking and weighing the clothes at the same time. Our turn came to give our bags in. My nicely mannered husband said hello to the lady worker, there was no response. We looked at eachother and was immediately confused. Anyway she was rustling in the background doing I do not know what, I didn't really care to look. The lady worker comes infront of us with gloves and wearing a mask that she was not wearing for the white lady she served before us. She came across unfriendly. She handled our clothes in silence, no eye contact, no conversation nothing. She still did not respond to my husbands greeting. I mean what was she really trying to say here? She clearly has a problem with people of colour. I would never use this service again!

Great place to rid yourself of unwanted clothing. The lady at the Streatham kiosk provided a superfast service. Have recommended this place to quite a few people now.
